Answer: Hi, the answer to your question is "yes, it can". I have never placed this statue "inside" and it still look the same as the day that I received it. When it get dusty, I just take a lawn hose and rinse it off.
(3)Question: From the pictures this statue seems to only have one foot or am I seeing wrong
